[Toggle Menu Bar] Not working #11632

Description

If I have a desktop that is already in full screen mode, then this plugin will not be able to control its menu bar.

System info:

Apple M1 Pro 14.4.1 (23E224)

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open app when never hide menu bar
  2. Turn on full-screen mode

Current Behaviour

App desktop nothing happened

Expected Behaviour

App desktop hide menu bar
