[Pomodoro] Intergration with focus modes and Self Control/Cold turkey

Description

So currently when I use Pomodoro I start the extension, then have to start Self Control (The app I use for blocking sites), however it's quite tedious and frustrating. Both Self Control and cold turkey have command line commands that allow the blocking of sites. So Pomodoro could take advantage of this.

Another feature is to add integration with shortcuts.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Students who have a hard time staying focused.
