[Simulator Control] Display OS version with simulator name #12763

Description

I would find it helpful if the Raycast extension could display the OS version alongside the simulator name. This would make it much easier to quickly identify which simulator Iā€™m about to boot up, especially when working with a wide range of SDK versions (e.g. iOS 15, 16, 17).
