[Arc] Force 'Open New Window' command to open browser in current desktop/monitor #13466

Description

When running the 'Open New Window' command through Raycast, the new window will always pop up on the most recent monitor/desktop currently running Arc. I usually want the new window opened on my currently focused monitor/desktop, so if that monitor/desktop is empty, it opens on the wrong screen, and I need to move it manually.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Whoever uses multiple desktops and monitors with hotkeys and window management software
