[Two-Factor Authentication Code Generator] Implement backups or provide documentation on how to do so manually #13505

Description

A feature to back up 2FA Secret keys is very important given the nature of these keys, and it's currently lacking as part of the extension and theres no guidance on how to manually back up the keys. Please implement the backup feature or give us an outline of how to back the keys up manually.
