[Clipboard History] Always Pin Today's History To The Top #13541

Description

This is niche, so I won't consider it a bug but in the situation where there are future entries in clipboard history, the entries from the current day are not suspended.

For instance, if I change my clock to a week from now, copy something, and then change my time back to the actual day, that copied text will stay at the top under the "This Month" category.

I know this is rare since most people don't mess with their computer's clock, but it should be an easy fix or feature. If I knew where the clipboard history code was I would be happy to try to fix it myself and make a pull request.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Theoretically all users but mainly those who change their clock (or maybe timezone?).
