[Apple Reminders] ... Time tracking? #15258

Open LearShachar opened 2 weeks ago

Extension

https://www.raycast.com/raycast/apple-reminders

Description

I am dying to have an app that allows me to pomodoro, track time, and estimate time in reminders. There could just be two more keyboard shortcuts added:

  1. Track time (Just begins a timer for the reminder
  2. Estimate time (Sets time estimate for that reminder) If you track time on a reminder with no estimate it just counts up. If you track time on a reminder with an estimate it counts down. (Potential for pomodoro options for longer sessions)

Who will benefit from this feature?

Any user who would like to link their productivity time tracking with apple reminders (there is currently no solution for this).

Anything else?

No response

Thanks for the feature request! I'd say it's unlikely to be included in the extension since the goal is to have the same feature parity as what's available in Apple Reminders. Why not use another extension along with it, like the Pomodoro one?

I've tried that actually, but it's more of a general timer, i would like to estimate my reminders and track how long they take. I know a lot of people who have looked for something like this but there isn't really a good interface for it.
