Description

Retitle from "GraphCDN" to "Stellate (formerly GraphCDN)"
No longer shows config of services due to API changes 😔
Add CHANGELOG
Add metadata image

Further Dev changes:

move api calls to separate file
node-fetch has not been replaced with useFetch as we might need it in the future
