[Wise Accounts] comma-separated values #15642

Description

The Get Balances command of the Wise extension currently shows amounts without comma separation (for instance GBP 638806.97) The command could benefit from having comma-separated amounts, which are easier to parse for a human.

Who will benefit from this feature?

All users of the Get Balances command.
