Add a Training Section to the Wiki #129

This should include training on:

Web programming in general
professional practices
this specific project
etc.

@haugerbr, if you're going to take this on, I actually have some sildes from over the sumemr you may want to use as a starting point.

151 is focused on making a new class that targets even less skilled people then we currently do. The class in issue 151 will be issued to committee members in the freshmen fall semester.

In a related manner this issue will move tips, and project specific tutorials into the wiki with links from the README, but clearing the readme up for installation instructions.
