So IFTTT Works but I don't think it'll give us Label and Milestone labeling. Might be able to work those into the email body if we have a form that sends the email.

This would at least cut out working with Github's API even if only as a temporary solution.

This originally was used as an IFTTT test and will now be used to track launch of this feature.
