SHPE Image Collection

I know we have an account on Picasa to store photos but it seems to be too much of a hassle for people to upload to the collection. We need to collect SHPE photos from Facebook and any others that members might have and upload them to something like Flickr and then add an easy way to upload for existing members.

I say we use imgur and use it as a CDN
