Breakup the monorepo to keep the project simple and small #20

In an effort to keep consuming and contributing to the repo as easy as possible I have broken up the monorepo. https://github.com/rayk47/sandbox-prisma-adapter-aurora will now have the sandbox for testing the adapter.
