MSI doesn't install on Windows 7 #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install it on Windows 7.
2. Gnash teeth. ;)

The MSI installer for 2.1.0.710 on Windows 7.

Seems like it should just be a re-spin of the MSI. Or is this project
abandoned?
