Updating usergroup, didn't update existing members #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup usergroup with TS perms
2. Add member to that group
3. Member joins TS for the first itme and sets themselves up, all is good.
4. Update the usergroup with different TS server groups, save usergroup.
5. Members are not updated with the new server groups.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New servergroups are used

What version of the product are you using? VBulletin version? PHP version?
Mysql version?

Please provide any additional information below.
