[rGuiStyler] Support copy and paste in hex text section #1

I think this would make the copy pasting of color palettes less time consuming and makes this product feel more polished.

This is not an easy one... raygui implements a GuiTextBox() extended with support for text copy-cut-paste but it requires a complete review...
