Submitting draft routes file - previously reviewed - use for pull request

• Providing file in the hope that it may prove useful to group while trying to draft other routes
• Also want to use this file for branch, pull-request, merge test (doesn't affect any functionality)
• File originally placed in /Routes folder, moved to /Planning to make easier for project clean-up
