Raymond, you got a 95% last tri, so you're really one of the best of them. You clearly have a lot to contribute. You timebox is really full of good content. I like your FRQ reviews, they show strong understanding. The Trimester 3 plan is a great inclusion for looking ahead. Your N@tM blog kind of does show good team integration but I'm sure you could show more with Scrum Board or something. The only possible improvement is I would kind of like for you to link more.
