Claire's comment: how is consensus updated? #32

I’m sure you’ll include this in the paper, but I think would be useful to briefly mention somewhere in the script how the consensus across all the methods is generated, as it would possibly make the user trust the output more.

I have added the description to the Methods section. Do we have an idea of how many times of subsampling should run for one analysis? This will have an impact on the ties in the ranking.

Thanks @anglixue , I've actually modified the consensus to take into account the weighting of each marker. I'll update the descriptions later.
