I had another idea: Let's say you have a pre-designed panel and you want to know how well it would separate out the pre-annotated data, could the user manually type in their panel to then run the performance check? Would need to make sure their antibodies are included in the dataset, but is this easy enough to do?

So basically it asks the user just to run performanceAllMarkers() function. We only need to convert the input list_markers into the desired format so this function can be run.
