I have solved the bug for not enough markers for geneBasis() function. I have also thoroughly updated the package name from ClusterMarkers to MiniMarS. The current version is 0.2.0.

Ray, could you review and approve the pull request. Since now, we will need to reinstall the package by

devtools::install_github("raymondlouie/MiniMarS", ref = "Dev")

Hi Ray, I have solved the conflict between the main and Dev branches so now it's OK to merge this pull request. After this merge, can you also push everything from Dev to main? Thank you!
