Decide official repo name #13

It seems to me that our options are: pyaudlib audlib audiolib

I named the package audiolib initially but found it already taken on PyPI. Then I changed it to audlib and later found it easier to type but harder to pronounce. pyaudlib is only used sometimes because I followed the same convention PyTorch used (pytorch as the repo name and torch as the library name). Any suggestion other than pyaudlib for the repo and audlib for the library? We can also drop the py.
