Bug with Table Insert under IE8 #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Dynamic Forms example from ExtJs Examples
2. Add all ext-ux-htmleditor-plugins
3. Run under IE8
4. Select Table Insert

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a small approx. 300 x 200 window with a form specifying table 
dimensions. Instead, get a window of correct height but approximately 
5000px in width.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest release. Windows Vista. IE8.

Problem does not occur under FF

Please provide any additional information below.
