Explain 3->Bug??->Low #101

This error message pop up today when the trainee first started the session. It did not give us any problems during the session, but just wanted to let you know.

Ok. I also got the same thing at the beginning of it today and...2 students didn't appear. Although I inputted reset command before I started a session. So, I had to click on their chairs and then they appeared.
