Various scenarios->Enhancement->medium #117

CS explaining 1-3:

  1. Green messages in explaining--in explaining 2, a green message “default state, push to start” constantly pops up even though the scenarios is started; in explaining 3, some green messages, including a long line of numbers and letters, show up at the beginning but not later on.
  2. Move the computer desk in explaining 1-3: The tables are currently located at the corner of these classrooms and it is difficult for trainees approach to the “start” panel.
  3. Move the transparent “start” panel for trainees from the computer tower to the monitor, so that it will be consistent with other scenarios.

HUD:

  1. The background could be more solid and less transparency. Sometimes when I turn around, it become hard to see the HUD
  2. Can add a button for “reset”
  3. Ph-questions: 1) NPC 2 did not respond to the key words 2) The feedback on the debriefing question about multiple question can be changed from the linear sequence to two buttons in the same box, just like “good” and “bad” in some boxes. “Good” links to the one says “Good, you have done….” and “Bad” links to “Maybe I can help…”
  4. Acid spill: 1) Remove the first pop-up asking if TA wants to continue with the emergency scenario 2) No NPC is triggered after the scenario is started
  5. Fire: 1) Remove the first pop-up asking if TA wants to continue with the emergency scenario 2) No control for fire alarm. When TA typed “pull fire alarm”, NPC did that but there is not control to turn it off. Also when the fire alarm was turned on by the key words, the “leave the room” key words don’t work anymore (It worked for the first round when I only typed “leave” and did not trigger fire alarm). Then, after I clicked “leave room” from the blue box, the box disappear

Make the “start” button for trainees to be locked as the default state in all scenarios, then the facilitator can unlock it when register, just like the current chem lab 1.
