Consider ranged parries #15

Since both the attack roll and parry rolls are resolved separately, I don't know that any sort of additional dialogue or buttons for ranged parries would be all that useful. the only check would be to see if the last attack was ranged, and whether or not you have a shield. This seems like something better resolved at a glance manually than setting up the extra dialogue, especially since the bar will show you whether or not you have a shield equipped.
