Rally Targeting #17

I think clicking on rally should bring up the same "target" selection system as the attacks, which would allow for both automation of conditions if that were ever implemented, as well as swapping which skill is rolled depending on whether they're targeting themselves.

I like it. I'll have to explore how targeting works but it may be doable without too much difficulty. And certainly better to have a single button for rally than two. Would have to be careful about not maintaining the target after the roll though. Wouldn't want a subsequent attack next round to do damage to the wrong actor.
