Let's add a GUI to PyFlumiNUS so that it is accessible to non-SoC students and windows users.

TODOs:

[x] Add signals to connect different pages on the StackedWidget
[x] Connect pyfluminus functions with the UI

We will create an installer in a seperate PR.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to this. Thanks for taking the time to implement the GUI wrapper to pyfluminus, it is a huge step in making the library more accessible to none CLI users. I still think that the GUI should reside as a separate repo and use pyfluminus as a dependency, I will try to formalize the API endpoints for this package and then publish it to PyPi. We can chat more about it offline.
