The input grammar element should have a name attribute when a content-type is specified. This name (if uniquely assigned), makes it easier to cache grammars that are used repeatedly.
The mixer namespace discussion has made me reconsider this a bit... Perhaps naming will cause more trouble than it's worth.
I'm going to move this to the v1.1 milestone.
