I'm just reading through from the beginning here, but it seems to me that commands can be sent to components as well as service domains, calls, and mixers. That should be mentioned here.
Actually, I see in section 5.2 that commands may indeed be sent to components, so the text in section 5.1.5 should be updated to reflect that.
