Partial string match searches
Switched search bar to right because it looked better
Restyled and repositioned tag display in view-single
Fixed an introduced bug where jquery.ui would break the range slider script.

So is this how to fix the partial searches? By Adding substrings of each word of the name and tags to the index? I mean if it works is great. I'm just saying that is not very intuitive. At least in SQL we could simply use %% but oh well, we had to go with google.

Pretty sure the point was to go to the db, but this works for sure.
