Created View All, View Single, View Subscribed, View Search
Swapped Main Activity for "View All" as first launch
Added images for buttons
Added image adapter for grid view
Updated "manage" api to include cover_url in the response for subscriptions
Updated "search" api to include limit modification

Known issues:

Search text field comes up in the grid for View All and text becomes unreadable.

Totally for cleaning up the code. I started by keeping everything separate but things were not accessible and it was taking me forever to figure out so I opted for getting it to work as priority #1 and then making the code efficient.

Ideas for cleaning and splitting are not only welcome but necessary -- i have no idea of where to begin.
