Allow anchors to be linked together #5

Hi, great work on raygui and rguilayout :+1:

I am wondering if there is a way to link an anchor to another anchor?

@FederAndInk Yeah, several users asked for it, unfortunately at the moment is not easy to implement this feature, considering how the code is structured. Maybe I'll review it for a future version.
