This PR fixes warnings detected by MSVC 2022

Changes include

Normal casting (several missed unsigned types)
A case where an int was being passed into a function that wanted a pointer to an int (would not work on 64 bit)
Fix casting for indexes (was a char, is a short )
Suppress legacy compression API warning on windows

monocrypt.c still has 4 warnings, but that's external and I can't fix those. They are not too bad though.
