[rrem] Implement basic GUI interface #3

When rREM is not used from command line (no parameters passed), it runs in GUI mode, allowing usage with a visual interface.

The most basic GUI interface for the tool should support:

[ ] Drag and drop of multiple files, listing them in list-rows
[ ] Add new files to list in consequent drops
[ ] Files list scrolling and file selection
[ ] Listing file type and basic file parameters
[ ] Export button to generate rres file

Tool was removed from the repo and actually redesigned from scratch...
