Add 1D and 3D vector3d functions #358

Replicate the 2D vector3d function framework for classes which except 1 and 3 arguments.

This PR was essentially an exercise in find, sed and bulk tab insertion, but I don't think I've missed anything. The tests pass, so I think all that's left is to update the HTML documentation for all the vector3d classes.
