Newpipe & Libretube crashes and glitches #9

Newpipe crashes and have video glitches, while libretube only have video glitches. It happends when quality is higher then 1080/30.All of that on version 2.65. Before that version all worked well. Caused by: com.google.android.exoplayer2.video.MediaCodecVideoDecoderException: Decoder failed: OMX.qcom.video.decoder.vp9

Seems that in 2.66 it's gone/fixed, so I'm closing this issue.

Unfortunately the issue is still there, it just happens now independent of resolution/fps and very rare. So I'm reopening this issue.

Although the probability is not high, playing video with bilibili also seems to encounter some flower screens and jams when decoding.
