Technical documentation needs to be created to assist in understanding the codebase and structure as well as layout style guidelines and such.

I have begun creating some markdown files documenting development setup, style guidelines and testing guidelines.

Corresponding wiki pages were created as well and will be added to as I think of additional documentation that is needed.
