publish people msg to ROS #4

Trajectory expressed as a .dae scripts is played in loop, the execution duration must be calculated on one's own (there is no such mechanism as duration calculator, only timestamping is possible - start, duration, end time).

Publishing people_msgs is perfectly possible, but will not indicate anything more than pose and velocities of people (solidity is not used in costmap).
