Not able to progress through setup #111

I setup the Redirect URI in my Spotify dev account. I also entered the client id/secret. Upon submitting that, the step 2 text fields are gone, and Step 3 still says "Wait for step 2 to complete." I tried deleting/using a new app, but that didn't help.

Had the same problem when using Firefox with some extensions, script blockers etc. For authorization used Chrome and it worked.
