Add download functionality #80

Allow players to download inventories, categories, and the entire element list. Also add the sorting options prior to download.

Personally I would not like this to be allowed for any players to do. It can be restricted to admins only.

I mean I guess a server could allow it, but it kinda encourages botting and makes it really easy to cheat elements.

Download would only show the names of the elements in a collection (category, inv, elements). Honestly you should instead consider making paths admin-only as paths are the thing that allow easy botting.

i like this idea and think it should be able to be done by players by default, it's just like downloading a query but you skip a step
