Exactly what the title states. Sometimes an element passes but isn't shown in news and isn't given to its creator.

Could also be mods clearing polls

Witnessed it happened so it is real. @rayzchen you have any ideas?

Most likely a form of deadlock or error while polls are being accepted, need further logs for clarification
