Incorporate SNES9x Next (from Retroarch) into Wii Mednafen

I'm simply requesting an enhancement to add Retroarch's version of SNES9x Next 
into Wii-Mednafen's already long long of emulators.

SNES9x Next is not simply just another port of the popular SNES9x emulator, but 
its actually been modified quite a bit for the Wii specifically to allow full 
speed of SNES games WITHOUT ANY frameskipping whatsoever!

within the Retroarch folder.
