PandaHome Theme Maker Failure #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any attempt to generate an apk
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be two files created-an apt & an apk.  The apt is created, but the 
apk fails.  It initially started out as a "Failed to process icons" error 
message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The available PandaHome Theme Maker available online.  I am using Windows Vista 
& Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue seemed to begin yesterday-have notified on PandaApp.com, but have 
had no response

I am having a problem every time I try to generate a theme.  Please help!

Whenever I save my file, it saves fine. Its when i try to transfer from 
computer to Droid X, it says it couldn't copy....

Its now sticking on processing icons , justs keeps processing , no other 
movement , just checked it after 30 minutes , no change.
