Overhaul the SCSS #1

I imported the styling from a previous project, and I don't think it's a 100% fit. I should use some different classes and totally overhaul the styling now that this isn't supposed to be PLEX. The navbar (topnav specifically) is especially subject to this.

I have now overhauled the css. The note about needing to redo the navbar(s) is still valid, but that has nothing to do with the css necessarily.
