Lower vis-timeline version to fix isDataViewLike bug #16

Overview

The whole library is broken because of this issue: https://github.com/razbensimon/react-vis-timeline/issues/14#issue-760680744. This PR fixes that for now until a fix is made in the vis-timeline library.
