What Is: "trim button?" #4

I'd love to contribute! In the TODOs list, the only item that doesn't say done is "trim button?"

Mind elaborating?

It's supposed to trim unnecessary whitespace from an APL program. bit complicated to do it properly across dfns and tradfns.
