Updated Kotlin, Gradle, and Android Gradle Plugin versions, as well as Core-KTX for some stability/silent crashes.
Tested on Huawei P9 Lite, Google Pixel 3XL, and a generic emulator.
These changes are just smaller updates, and there weren't any issues regarding them. I'll have another PR which holds other library versions, so we have everything ready.
