Because in my server 16 slots only can enter 4 users?

My cvars:
sv_visiblemaxplayers 12
sm_cvar maxplayers 16
sm_cvar l4d_maxplayers 16

Why in my server only can enter 4 players? The server has 16 slots ..

Do not use deprecated sourcemod extensions more
1. Look at home Rotoblin II page, where said about the plugin requires

The server shows this error at start : The instruction at 0x06bc1376 referenced 
memory at 0x1176bba0 the memory could not be read.

I want to comment that removing the plugin "l4dscores.smx" the server starts.

It is evident that the problem takes place because of l4dscores.smx. That's why 
we're working on a new alternative unscrambler plugin. It will appear soon. 
Untill we did it you should unload l4dscores.smx to prevent a memory crash.

Hi. Correct to say that is alternative plugin which replaces l4d scores. Plugin 
written two weeks ago, all this time we tested it. I think the next update will 
be this weekend.
