How to get medkits instead of pills

Really like the mod and all, but how do you change from pills to medkits?
I've tried to change to director setting on the command below, but then it's no 
kits at all.

rotoblin_track_variable rotoblin_replace_startkits          "1"             // How medkits will 
be replaced at mission start. (-1: remove medkits, 0: director settings, 1: 
replace with pain pills).

You can not change rotoblin convars when the match is loaded, because they are 
tracked. Make config changes as you need and then restart the match with 
!forcematch. Match can be reseted to vanilla with !resetmatch command.

I've tried that, but it wont work. Wasn't even in the game for that matter. I 
changed it to "0", right, but no medkits or pills.

And it won't change to 100% vanilla. Still pills and probably no items (haven't 
checked yet). Thanks for the respond by the way

You should change map that all items spawn again.
